The Director of Mechange, Michelle Egerton has over 20 years experience in leading major change programmes in Finance, Business Integration, Artwork & Packaging, Supply Chain, New Product Introduction, IT and Complexity Reduction.
Before setting up her own business, she was working across Europe, Africa and the Middle East for a well known Global Healthcare company. She delivered significant business benefits including multi million pound cost savings and additional revenue through plant rationalisation and new product cycle time reduction as well as being responsible for significantly increasing change management competencies within a global organisation.
With a tremendous passion for people development, particularly those working on long term projects and programmes, she is inspired to help others lead and implement major change and help them become successful leaders of the future, particularly in the change management arena.
